I have many years’ experience in the frontline psychological and crisis intervention fields where the philosophy for my private practice evolved. Through non-judgemental, empathic attunement and understanding, my clinical work is built on ampathy, compassion and unconditional positive regard for all who engage with me.Having trained and studied in Integrative Psychotherapy (ICHAS) I feel it is important not to get tied into one approach, but to blend the elements of different approaches according to each client’s individual presenting need. I utilise many evidence based approaches in helping clients achieve their goals. These approaches can be solution-focused brief or long-term depending on the client’s needs. In a career helping clients with a multitude of issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues and loss, I invite you to contact me to discuss a better way of dealing with life. I look forward to travelling with you on your journey of self discovery towards your true potential and contentment.
