Specializing in areas of stress management, anxiety, depression, and relationship concerns. I operate from an integrative therapeutic point of view and aim to draw upon a broad range of therapeutic techniques to meet a person's needs. Underpinning my therapeutic philosophy is the belief that the individual has the capacity to alter the direction of their life through self-exploration in a safe environment. While working together we may use a solution-focused approach to achieving the goal ahead. By drawing upon the client's strengths as well as incorporating a solution-focused approach we will aim to allow change to begin and acceptance of that change to take place. As a psychotherapist, I hold true to the belief that the stuck piece the person finds themselves in, will not be permanent as long as a committed effort on behalf of the individual and the therapist is made.
