NAPCP Online Workshop July 11th, 2020

CBT for Low Self-Esteem

Problems with Low Self-Esteem seem as prevalent as ever, but fortunately they respond well to therapy, especially a structured Cognitive Behavioural Therapy approach. This workshop will demonstrate how to help clients apply a Developmental CBT Case Formulation model to their negative self-beliefs, rigid life strategies, tendency towards anxious predictions, over-cautious behavioural habits, ingrained patterns of self-criticism, and unfair comparison to others.

Presenter: Eoin Stephens MA, MIACP, MACI
